Each Meditation will have either a theme or be geared towards a particular style of meditation; Guided Journeys, Theta Hypnosis, Mindfullness for Mental Health, Sacred Geometry & Chakra Stabilizing, Scanning for Self Healing w/Breathwork, Topics for Wellness and so forth. The Aromas & Sound will equally be geared towards enhancing the topics listed.
