Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and sometimes schedules shift. To honor both our time and energy, the following policy applies: Private Sessions Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Multi-Month Engagements For ongoing monthly packages, unused sessions do not roll over unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Consistency is essential to results—if frequent cancellations occur, we may revisit our scheduling structure to ensure alignment. 💳 Payments & Commitment All payments are non-refundable once the engagement begins. Monthly retainers or packages are billed in advance and due on the agreed date. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received. Confidentiality All sessions, communications, and materials are strictly confidential. You may speak freely knowing this is a private, judgment-free space. Group Sessions: For group bookings, cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance or no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the session's total cost.
