Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and sometimes schedules change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, the following cancellation policy in place: One-on-One Sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit. Group Sessions: For group bookings, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the session's total cost. Thank you for understanding and honoring this policy, which helps us maintain availability and consistency for all clients.
