Group Forest Therapy
Service Description
Discover the medicine of being in the forest. I will guide you through gentle, relational practices to connect with the other-than-human world. *When meeting locally it will be a desired area of our choosing *If we are meeting virtually, you can join from .your home, yard, balcony, a nearby park - anywhere that is accessible and supportive. Through mindful observation, intentional breathing, and guided reflection, you'll quiet your mind, awaken your senses, and listen to the wisdom of your own inner voice. This session offers a nurturing space to slow down, be present, and experience the healing interplay between nature and your inner being. Let the forest become your companion, teacher, and sanctuary.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and sometimes schedules change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone's time, the following cancellation policy in place: One-on-One Sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to show up for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit. Group Sessions: For group bookings, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the session's total cost. Thank you for understanding and honoring this policy, which helps us maintain availability and consistency for all clients. If you have any questions or need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible.
